Michelle D. Rubin is President at Regional Properties, Inc., a Beverly Hills based Real Estate Development Company. Regional Properties, Inc. develops, builds, and manages commercial, retail, multifamily and industrial real estate, primarily in Riverside, CA. In her role, she is involved in all aspects of running the business, including overseeing about one million sq. ft. of company built and managed projects. She is also involved in all aspects negotiating and managing leases for commercial and retail tenants. Regional Properties, Inc. has recently completed a 300,000+ square foot, $75+ million mixed-use property in Downtown Riverside called the Mark.
Prior to joining Regional Properties, Michelle spent 14 years as a corporate meeting and event planner. She was founder and owner of Eva Communications, a meeting management and consultancy firm and prior to that held meeting management positions at Champion International Corp., WorldTravel Partners and BTI Americas.
Michelle was born and raised in Los Angeles. She holds a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University (GW) in Washington, DC. Michelle is very active in numerous philanthropic endeavors including: Trustee of The George Washington University, Past Chair of the GW National Athletic Council, former Member of the GW Alumni Association Executive Committee, past Member of GW President’s Leadership Advisory Council, Board Member the Los Angeles Jewish Home, Chair of the Brandman Centers for Senior Care and the Jewish Home Geriatrics Boards, Director of the Saul & Joyce Brandman Foundation. When play time calls, Michelle loves to travel, play golf, tennis, ski, exercise, watch sports (GW Athletics, of course), spend time with family and friends.
