Dr. Tim Gramling has over 30 years of experience across several industries. After completing his undergraduate degree at Harvard, he joined Seer Technologies. Seer was a software startup funded by IBM and staffed by programmers from the investment bank First Boston Corporation. Consulting with clients across the US and Europe, he helped the company generate $100 million in revenue and go public within its first five years.

Tim’s first university role was as the Dean of Business and Computer Information Systems at DeVry University South Florida. He completed six rotations, including Registrar, Acting Dean of Academic Affairs, and Regional Center Dean. His final assignment was as Senior Director of Finance for a region of campuses with $350 million in annual revenue.

Today, Tim is the Dean of the Dr. Robert K. Jabs School of Business at California Baptist University. His team of faculty and staff support nearly 2000 students seeking bachelor’s to doctorate degrees across eighteen programs, including business administration and leadership.

Tim serves as vice chair of the Corona Regional Medical Center and board member for the Corona Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and its Southern California chapter. In addition to his work at Harvard, Tim holds a Master of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Doctor of Law and Policy degree from Northeastern University. He and his wife of over 25 years have an empty nest for their son, daughter-in-law, and three grandsons.
