Roger Clarke
Roger Clarke, President and Principal-in-Charge of Ruhnau Clarke Architects, is responsible for all Ruhnau Clarke Architect projects. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Arizona State University School of Architecture in 1984 and is an active member of the National Council Architectural Registration Boards, American Institute of Architects and the US Green Building Council.
In addition to his Architectural work, he served as a Vice President and Board Member of the Riverside Downtown Business Council; a Member of the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce and Board of Trustees Member of the Riverside Art Museum. He is an avid supporter of local organizations including the Riverside Area Rape Crisis Center; the Riverside Art Museum Art to Go Program; the Riverside Arts Academy, Riverside Arts Council, Riverside County Office of Education, Riverside County Philharmonic and the Riverside Salvation Army.
As firm Principal, he leads the design process from vision and program development through construction administration. He has a proven ability to bring all project elements together in a way that balances functionality, aesthetics, and economic constraints. His hands-on approach as an active leader in the design process engages both team members and clients in a continuing dialogue to reach a comprehensive vision for the project.
