Mark Menezes is Riverside native who launched Inland Empire Real Producers magazine, hosts the “Lunch at Made” weekly podcast, and is currently on a mission to use TikTok to give away a house to a family in need.
Mark Menezes
Mark Menezes grew up in Riverside, California and attended John W. North High School where he was a four year letterman for the soccer team and placekicker for the football team. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbia International University in Columbia, South Carolina. He lived in the Carolinas for 15 years and was still in college when he launched a commercial window cleaning business. Mark sold it when he was a senior, and he then owned two Cold Stone Creamery franchises for several years before joining a publishing company. He was its head of national product development and a national trainer for all new publishers who came on board. Mark also published five magazines, including Real Producers, a publication for and about the real estate market’s top-producing REALTORS®. Meeting and interviewing more than 200 industry trendsetters nationwide, Mark learned what it takes to be a successful REALTOR® and knew he could be among the best.
Mark complements his real estate services with his love for Riverside and ability to tell stories through stylish photography and video. His business and visual talents aside, Mark’s sales, marketing, branding, advertising, and design skills broaden his appeal as an agent who generates results. He also maintains a podcast called Lunch at Made, highlighting creative individuals doing amazing things throughout Riverside.
